Your Mission:
We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure that our users have an exceptional experience with our Augmented Reality (AR) solution. In this role, you will support our internal sales team, capture market requirements, and gather feedback to drive product improvements. You will lead technically complex customer projects and advise our clients to develop the best solution tailored to their needs. Your passion for AR and commitment to customer satisfaction will help us maintain a strong customer base and continuously improve our AR offerings.
Your Responsibilities:
You will work closely with our customers and guide them through:
Implementing our AR solution
Capturing basic requirements and needs
Finding Use Cases
Identifying necessary software interfaces
You are the voice of the customer and maintain constant communication during and after projects.
You provide quick support to both customers and the internal sales team by offering your technical expertise.
You collect and analyze user feedback to drive product improvements and enhance the AR experience.
Develop tools such as FAQs, tutorials, and documentation to help users.
You collaborate with the product management team to ensure user feedback is integrated into the product roadmap.
You build and maintain strong relationships with users to ensure success with our AR applications.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, e.g., in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
Initial experience in technical project management, with a focus on software.
Solid project management skills.
Technical knowledge and the ability to identify, solve, and effectively communicate technical problems with the development team.
Excellent communication skills in German, native level, and English C1 level.
Knowledge in customer relationship management and the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on ensuring the success of our customers.
