TNT Sports Adds Two Alternative Broadcasts to Full Slate of Weekend Hoops Programming

Reading Time: 3 minutes

The NBA All-Star festivities head to Indianapolis for a weekend of celebrating the league’s brightest stars, and for those watching at home, fans can experience the full slate of events in a myriad of ways. The traditional broadcasts of each event can be seen on TNT and TBS, but on truTV and B/R Sports on Max, two alternative broadcasts can be enjoyed during All-Star Saturday Night and the All-Star Game on Sunday.

The 73rd NBA All-Star Game on TNT, TBS, truTV & B/R Sports on Max
The NBA All-Star Game, presented by Kia on Sunday, Feb. 18 at 8 p.m. ET will feature Brian Anderson returning as the play-by-play voice, alongside Reggie Miller (his 17th time providing NBA All-Star Game analysis) and Candace Parker, making her second NBA All-Star Game commentating appearance. Allie LaForce will provide sideline reporting throughout the telecast, her fourth time in that role.
On truTV and B/R Sports on Max, the NBA All-Star Game ALTCAST presented by Jordan Brand will see host Taylor Rooks alongside Draymond Green and Charles Barkley sharing their opinions and insights of the action. Jamal Crawford will also contribute as a roaming reporter from the sidelines, with additional special guests joining throughout.
During the game, fans will also be able to enjoy a complementary live stream experience on X. A live poll will be available via @NBA throughout the entire first half of the NBA All-Star Game, whereby fans can vote for the player they want an iso-cam to follow during the second half. Adam Lefkoe will host the show with Channing Frye and Sydney Colson.
The evening’s coverage will begin at 6 p.m. with a special two-hour NBA All-Star Tip-Off presented by CarMax on TNT, TBS, truTV and B/R Sports on Max, featuring the iconic Inside the NBA studio team of Ernie Johnson,  Barkley, Shaquille O’Neal, and Kenny Smith.
